Through global and regional competition, and today’s investment and its culture, then tradition (nepotism and corruption) and conflict - 

how to build (with sweat) something (really) private business and sustainable? 

We kind of know that that’s the question of ‘what needs to come first’ - and we know what should come first won’t arrive until we achieve ‘next’ thing. But we can’t think further from there.
